Smallholders are able to attend and open day and look round the Harleston Cidery, a family run craft cider makers on the Suffolk & Norfolk border. Started in 2010 they are known for there award winning cider, but also unusual spicy cider vinegar, and their new Iced Cider!
Members will be taken round the site to see how the cider is made, ask questions and have a taste or two of this most English of drinks. Plus there will of course be the opportunity to take some home at the end.
We will be visiting on one of their monthly open afternoons, which are free to the public. Our plan is to all arrive together for 12pm so we can go around in a group with a guided tour.

Beeswax Wrap making and Bee Talk9th Feburary 2020 - Time TBC
Members will get the chance to hear more about forward-thinking environmentally friendly buildings and wonderful bees with Margaret and Malcolm Rittman. Plus join the movement to use less plastic at home and make your own reusable beeswax wraps using sustainable materials, while also preventing waste!
